Tom’s never the one to turn down good advice though…even if he hates Chris he realizes just how good the guy is at @#$%ing with people. So Chris get’s to have a little chat with Sosha soon…should be fun.

ANYHOW! We’re moving right along, things are looking up! I’ve decided to swear off the vidjagames for the rest of the semester in an effort to catch up with the comic and keep up with my school work. I don’t want to tell you how small my buffer has gotten, but let’s just say that I’ll be busting my ass most of winter break to replenish the poor, wounded, little thing…

::Sigh::

But, have no fear, true to every other story arc I will NOT stop in the middle in an effort to replenish my buffer! It drives me nuts when other webcomickers do it, so why should I?

Nothing much else to report, I’m afraid…Did you all see that new shout box? It’s spiffy!

Got punched into a wall…ah well.

Terrence is actually quite a talented fighter, but remember, he doesn’t know how to use Zee. Sosha does. So he’s basically handicapped in the fight. Plus I’m trying to end this quick. So into a wall he goes.

A few little announcements, I’ve noticed that the loads are outstriping the hits by a fair number. So people are wandering around the site. Good. Glad to have you! I’m guessing you’re here from the UNLV article…but if you’re here from someplace else, you’re welcome just the same. Haha

ALSO, I finally fixed those @#$%ing red ‘X’s that were showing up along side the comic. They’re gone and I’m now MUCH, MUCH happier with the whole thing. Haha. I’m really happy with the site right now…I’m looking into getting a self-hosted shout box becasue it seems to be slowing the site down a tad. And I’d prefer the only thing slowing down my site is the quiality of the comic. So we’ll see where I get with that.

If any of you CAN’T see the comic for what ever reason, let me KNOW! I’m fairly certain it works as I tested it on FireFox and IE, but hollar if it’s borked.

FINALLY, like the subtitle says at the bottem I’m using my own handwriting for the comic text. Do you guys like it? Comments, suggestions, insults about my penmanship? I’ve done a few comics with it and I’m actually happy with the results. I’m going to play with it some more, but after spending several weeks trying to get it to work I now have a font editor on my computer. So I’m working on all sorts of fun little things now…there shall be many fonts. Oh yes…MANY.

Tell me what you guys think.

EDIT: Ok, I added a new shoutbox. I’m hoping this one will smooth out the site a little. I think the last one was giving you all problems when connecting to the site. This one is totally hosted/managed by me. So It SHOULD run a little better. Let me know what you think though. I do have to say, I’m sad to not have those old messages on that new shoutbox. I thought it would be a good idea to post a little blurb, just introducing myself to the new readers who (hopefully) wander in from The Rebel Yell. Yes, there’s an article about me in my schools interweb paper. Which is all kinds of badass.

EDIT: Check out the link HERE! It’s a damn good read. Oh…and I don’t have any Forum…not yet. But there have been few forum posts about the comic on a few places. Which is just as good. Oh, and yes, there is a real Hana out there…hence the lack of fan service for the character. She’d kick my ass. Haha. GO READ!/Edit

It’s being published today, so I thought I’d write about it before I wandered off to bed. I’ve been in a Journalism class this past semester and by chance I was paired up with the very talented Tifani Tamayo who managed to make me interesting, heh.

So! If you’re new here, like I’m hoping a few of you are, WELCOME! I’d suggest you start in the New Readers page. But what do I know? I just wing it. There’s also the First Comic, which may be another good place to get started.

If you’re not that into comics then go check out The Stories page. Which has a few all-text-tales from my humble little universe. My favorite is probably A Reaper’s Tale, but they’re all interesting.

If you’d like to see some examples of my artieness then check out my Deviant Art Account which houses the filler and sketches I’ve done over the years.

And last, but not least, I’m currently doing a second comic called Hunter which updates Fridays. It’s ‘R’ rated though…but nothing too horrible…just a few F-bombs. Which I’ve not allowed myself to use in The PKF.

There’s actually a bit more comic behind The PKF than what’s on this site. As the New Readers page says there’s a whole book before this one, but I decided to stash it somewhere quiet. I was very happy with it, but it was a little slow to pick up…and honestly you don’t need to know a hell of a lot from it to enjoy the current Book. I did a nice little recap at the start of Book Two.
